It is called The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Working Conditions) Act 1996. There are a number of facilities that should be arranged for the workers, like iron caps, big shoes for those who do filing work, safety belts for those who climb onto the walls high up a building. Basic living conditions like drinking water, shelter, food should also be available.
