I had bought the SUN Direct TV Product, receipt number 1300 from your Dealer Company(AV Associates, Pattom, Trivandrum) on 12th May 2010. This is information to you that the product is defective due to their satellite position change and my numerous verbal complaints to their personnel have yielded no results. None of their number will not work! Only call center person will pick the phone! As you know they have same answer to you every time. I have never been let down by SUN DTH in the past four months.
